Non-Commercial Use: All artwork I create is strictly for personal use and non-commercial purposes unless explicit permission for commercial use is granted by me.2. No Use in AI Training: Under no circumstances should any artwork I create be used in the training of artificial intelligence systems without my prior written consent.3. Ownership and Credit: You are prohibited from claiming ownership of any artwork I create. Proper credit must be given whenever the artwork is posted or used in any capacity.4. 4. Imperfections Disclaimer: As I am visually impaired, my artwork may contain imperfections or deviations from intended designs. However, I am willing to make adjustments to correct any design mistakes if they are pointed out by the client. You acknowledge and accept this aspect of my artistic process.5. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued once the sketch is completed unless due to an error on my part. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion.6.
